Who Is Eligible?

Are you eligible for the Grizzl-E Charger Upgrade Program? We're thrilled to offer this program to our valued customers, allowing you to seamlessly transition to our new "Grizzl-E Connect" App. To determine if you qualify, please review the following eligibility criteria:

Charger Purchase Date

Your Grizzl-E charger must have been purchased prior to 1 August 2023 and after October 1st 2022. If you acquired your charger after this date, it may already be compatible with the "Grizzl-E Connect" App.
Units purchased before October 1st, 2022, cannot be exchanged free of charge, and a 150 CAD (100 USD) fee applies.

Current ChargeLab App Connection

Your charger must currently be connected to the ChargeLab.co App. This program is specifically designed to assist customers with chargers originally configured with this backend.

Desire to Switch to Grizzl-E Connect

You should have an interest in upgrading your charger to use our new "Grizzl-E Connect" App. This app provides enhanced features and functionality, making it a smart choice for your charging needs.

Upgrade process

Are you ready to bring your Grizzl-E charger into the future with our new "Grizzl-E Connect" App? We've made the upgrade process simple. Here's a step-by-step guide to get started:

Request Upgrade
Send a Technical Support ticket through our Zendesk requesting a Grizzl-E Smart ChargeLab upgrade. Our Technical Support agents will confirm the upgrade and give you further instructions.

Ship Your Charger
Customer is responsible for the shipping fees. Once payment is received, the Technical Support team will provide the shipping documents through the Zendesk ticket. Carefully pack your Grizzl-E Charger in a secure package and include the pre-paid shipping label for the return journey. This label will ensure that your charger reaches our facility.

Charger Reception
Once your charger arrives at our facility, our skilled technicians will take over. They will carefully inspect and prepare your charger for the hardware upgrade process. Our dedicated team will perform the hardware upgrade, ensuring your Grizzl-E charger is compatible with the "Grizzl-E Connect" App. This upgrade typically takes 3-4 working days to complete. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Return Shipping
Once the hardware upgrade is completed, we'll securely package your charger and ship it back to you using the provided pre-paid label. Your upgraded charger will be on its way back to you in no time!

Costs?

Upgrade Costs: The hardware upgrade is free. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility. Technical support will provide the customer with all shipping labels and customs. Rest assured, we maintain the charger's warranty and performance standards throughout the upgrade. Our goal is a cost-effective and hassle-free transition to the "Grizzl-E Connect" App. Contact our support team for any cost-related questions or concerns.
