Welcome to the Grizzl-E Charger Upgrade Program! We're excited to offer our valued customers the opportunity to connect to our new "Grizzl-E Connect" App by upgrading the hardware in their chargers.
Who Is Eligible?
Are you eligible for the Grizzl-E Charger Upgrade Program? We're thrilled to offer this program to our valued customers, allowing you to seamlessly transition to our new "Grizzl-E Connect" App. To determine if you qualify, please review the following eligibility criteria:
Your Grizzl-E charger must have been purchased prior to 1 August 2023 and after October 1st 2022. If you acquired your charger after this date, it may already be compatible with the "Grizzl-E Connect" App.
Units purchased prior to October 1st, 2022 cannot be exchanged free of charge, and a 150 CAD (100 USD) fee applies

Shipping Your Charger
To begin the upgrade, carefully pack your Grizzl-E charger in a secure package. Please make sure to include the pre-paid shipping label for the return journey. This label will ensure that your charger reaches our facility with ease. Below, you'll find the shipping address based on your location:
• For Customers in Canada: Ship your charger to our facility in Toronto, Canada.
• For Customers in the United States: Ship your charger to our facility in Miami, Florida.
After sending your charger, don't forget to create a support ticket through our Technical Support's zendesk. Provide the tracking number for your shipment in your support ticket. This will help us track the progress of your charger's journey to our facility.
Once your charger arrives at our facility, our skilled technicians will take over. They will carefully inspect your charger and prepare it for the hardware upgrade process. Our dedicated team will perform the hardware upgrade, ensuring that your Grizzl-E charger is compatible with the "Grizzl-E Connect" App. This upgrade typically takes 3-4 working days to complete. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Once the hardware upgrade is completed, we'll securely package your charger and ship it back to you using the provided pre-paid label. Your upgraded charger will be on its way back to you in no time!
