United Chargers is aware of the issues regarding the Grizzl-E Smart initiating a charge. Our technical team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If your charger is experiencing an error initiating the charge, try the following:
- Trigger a RemoteStartTransaction command from the diagnostics tab on acharger.ca.
If your charging session is interrupting with a white indicator light, try the following:
- Reset the Wi-Fi. Follow the directions on page 24 of the User Manual to reset the charger’s Wi-Fi settings and disable smart functionality. The charger will operate as a ‘dumb’ charger while Wi-Fi is disabled.
