Grizzl-E Smart Charging Issues

United Chargers is aware of the issues regarding the Grizzl-E Smart initiating a charge. Our technical team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If your charger is experiencing an error initiating the charge, try the following:

  • Trigger a RemoteStartTransaction command from the diagnostics tab on

If your charging session is interrupting with a white indicator light, try the following:

  • Reset the Wi-Fi. Follow the directions on page 24 of the User Manual to reset the charger’s Wi-Fi settings and disable smart functionality. The charger will operate as a ‘dumb’ charger while Wi-Fi is disabled.

Our integration with ChargeLab is almost complete. Once we are done integration we will notify customers on how to make the switch.
