Refund Policy for Pre-order

All pre-order payments and orders that have not shipped are eligible for a refund. Email [email protected] with your order number and "REFUND" in the email subject. If the order is a pre-order or has not shipped, your refund will be processed. If the order has shipped from our facilities, the 14-Day Product Return Policy applies.

14-Day Product Return Policy

You are entitled to return your product within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • For the return policy, the product may be opened and inspected. Products that have been installed, hardwired, or used may be subject to a reduced refund to reflect any diminished value.

  • If the product has been installed, hardwired, or cannot be restored to its original, resalable condition, or if de-installation would cause significant loss of value to the product, United Chargers reserves the right to reduce the refund, or, where justified, to refuse the return.

  • To initiate a return, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • This 14-Day Product Return Policy applies only to Level 2 EVSE charging stations. Accessories and merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense and packed securely. If the product has been used beyond reasonable inspection, opened, installed, or hardwired, United Chargers will assess the condition and inform you of any deduction from the refund.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and may take up to 2 weeks to finalize. The refund will be for the amount paid, minus any applicable reduction for diminished value due to use, installation, or hardwiring.

Warranty and Product Replacement Policy

Warranty Terms and Conditions

United Chargers EVSE products come with a 3-year or 5 year manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser of United Chargers Inc.™ EV Charging Stations. The warranty is not transferable. United Chargers warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified from the date of purchase.

If, during the warranty period under normal operating conditions, your charging station becomes defective, United Chargers will, upon written notice of the defect, replace the charging station until the defect is resolved.

This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, aging), damage from extreme power surges, electromagnetic fields, acts of nature, or use with third-party extension cords/adapters. The waterproof rating cannot be guaranteed if the charger is mounted upside down. Software services for Wi-Fi-connected Smart Units are not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted.

The warranty for the charging cable is 1 year. Cables damaged after this period are eligible for repair services for a fee. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, exposure to snow or water for extended periods, or cables damaged by vehicles. United Chargers will determine whether the Charging Station or Charging Output Cable caused the fault.

Warranty Claim Requirements

The warranty claimant must provide the original purchase invoice. Only the original purchaser is eligible for warranty service. For products under warranty, United Chargers will issue a replacement unit and cover shipping for both the replacement and return of the defective unit. Liability for warranty claims will not exceed the original price of the charging station. Claims within 60 days from purchase will be replaced with a new unit; claims after 60 days will be replaced with a refurbished unit.

United Chargers assumes no liability for dismantling, removal, installation, re-installation, labor costs, or consequential damages. United Chargers is not responsible for costs related to faulty installations. United Chargers will make the final decision regarding the legitimacy of any claim.

Replacement units will only be shipped to the customer at their expense.

Claim Warranty Service

To Obtain Warranty Service:

Visit Grizzl-E Europe Technical Support and submit a Technical Support form.
Include the following information:

  • Email Address
  • Full Name
  • Charger Type
  • Charger Model Number
  • Charger Plug Type
  • Serial Number
  • Customer Phone Number
  • Customer Shipping Address
  • Detailed description of the problem (including photos or videos)
  • Original purchase invoice

If United Chargers determines the unit is defective and the warranty is valid, a replacement charger will be provided. The defective unit must be returned in its original box or equivalent protective container. United Chargers will inspect the returned unit.

After receiving the defective unit, a replacement charger of the same model will be sent to the customer’s shipping address. United Chargers covers shipping expenses for the replacement unit. Claims within 60 days receive a new unit; claims after 60 days receive a refurbished unit.

Alternatively, a replacement unit can be purchased before returning the defective unit via the Grizzl-E Web Store. The customer pays MSRP and shipping for the replacement unit, then returns the defective unit. After receipt, the replacement cost and shipping will be refunded. If the defective unit is more than 60 days old, the refund will be for an equivalent refurbished unit. United Chargers does not refund for new units or upgrades.

One Replacement Policy

United Chargers will not provide multiple replacements for recurring errors. If a replacement charger has the same error as the original, a shipping label will be provided for the second unit, and a refund will be issued once the unit is received. United Chargers determines whether an error is recurring or separate.

Grizzl-E Post Warranty Service

After the warranty expires (3 years), United Chargers offers Post Warranty Service for a fee. This includes replacement Circuit Board, installation, and shipping: €250 for a Grizzl-E Ultimate Charger. The customer is responsible for providing shipping to and from our repair facility and must provide a prepaid shipping label. Repaired stations have a 1-year warranty.

Submit the Technical Support form. If the unit qualifies and the issue can be resolved post-warranty, an invoice will be sent to your email.
