Return and Refund Policy
All pre-order payments collected at Grizzl-e.com are fully refundable. The Refund button located at My Orders tab at the web site. You can also send an email to info@unitedchargers.com with your pre-order number and “REFUND” in the email header. All refunded are processed next business day.
60 Day Product Return Policy
We will accept returns within 60 days from purchase in original unopened box only. In order to return the product please contact info@unitedchargers.com.
Warranty and Product Replacement Policy
All United Chargers products are covered by either a 3-year or 5-year replacement warranty. United Chargers warrants that Grizzl-E is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in the warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused, or altered. Warranty for the cable does not include normal tear and wear. Plugs that have been exposed to snow or water for a prolonged period of time are not covered by this warranty. The warranty will apply only if the product is defective.

For all products that are under warranty United Chargers will issue a replacement unit free of charge. United Chargers will cover shipping and handling expenses for both the replacement unit and, the return shipping for the defected unit.
Warranty claims made within 60 days from purchase will be replaced with a new unit. Warranty claims made after 60 days will be replaced with a refurbished unit.
United Chargers assumes no liability for any dismantling, removal, installation, re-installation, or labor costs or any consequential damages associated with this warranty. United Chargers is not responsible or liable for any costs associated with faulty installations.
