Grizzl-E scores second place in the JD Power EV Home Charger Satisfaction Survey, the highest among all non-Tesla charging stations.
The study examined the home charging experience of EV owners across Level 2 permanently mounted charging stations.
Satisfaction was measured across eight factors: fairness of retail price; cord length; size of charger; ease of winding/storing cable; cost of charging; charging speed; ease of use; and reliability. These factors provide a comprehensive assessment of the owner’s experience and charger performance.
Grizzl-E with a score of 757 ranks second among all Level 2 Chargers.
