Abuse and Mistreatment.
United Chargers maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse, threats, and mistreatment. This includes but is not limited to threatening language, profanity, physical or verbal abuse, false statements, or accusatory statements towards the company or its employees. Discriminatory or derogatory statements towards race, national or ethnic origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability will automatically be considered abuse. Abuse on any internet platform, phone, or in person will result in immediate suspension of communication and refusal of further service. If the Customer engages in abusive behavior, the warranty will be null and void and further service will be refused.
